I left the East Coast and came to the Bay Area via the United States Navy over 28 years ago. After living in three other East Bay cities, I settled in the Tri-Valley area where I have worked for the past 20 years.
I received my initial real estate training on the investment side (foreclosures) over 26 years ago and have either owned, invested in, or managed real estate in the Bay Area for over 25 years. I have witnessed much of the new development in the Tri-Valley and I am current on many of the new planned communities and the issues that come with these new developments.
I am very energetic and have a personality that allows me to work with several affiliated vendors that help make your real estate transaction a smooth and pleasant experience. I also use my experience in project management to help facilitate your real estate decisions, keeping you well informed through the entire process.
